Toppen Nice enough apartment, though the AC didn’t always work. Convenient to the old port. The area is kind of dicey, especially as you move away from the port. It was fine for me, a man alone, but I don’t think my wife would have felt safe.

From the second we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed.
The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
They recommended things to do and places to go, without us even asking!
The room was lovely, the location is perfect for exploring this amazing city, and we will stay here again, whenever we return to Marseille.
Book this, without hesitation, truly.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also, I arrived early and my room was ready. Get the balcony if you’re going to want morning sunlight. It seems it’s in a bit of a meh part of town but a short and easy walk to the port.

Rooms exceptionally clean and contained everything you need in the kitchenette. Perfectly located just 10 mins from the rail station and Vieux Port. Also there are washing machines in the basement should you require. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in Marseille!

We arrived after midnight but that was not a problem with the very friendly and helpful member of staff who checked us in. Apartment was spotlessly clean, great amenities in the kitchen area including good size fridge, bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Situated within a short walking distance of main bus station (bus from airport), and very straightforward to walk to the old port area (took about a very leisurely 15 mins). Would certainly recommend as great value for money , and provides everything that most people need during a city break.

Under genomsnittet Arrived late at night and had messaged in advance on two occasions to request 2 single beds instead of a double as travelling with my teenager. This was listed as an option on the room description. On checking in this had not been done and the allocated room only had one bed. Room was changed but to a room with one bed and one sofa. Had to make up the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable for my son who has sensory issues. Room and bathroom were unclean and the room smelt of dampness. Toilet and shower were unclean. Staff member at reception was very nice and did try to help but the hotel was to a poor standard

The air con wouldn't go lower than 21.
There was a sewer smell in the room.
Laundry was great. The room was large and well equipped. The staff was excellent. Close to train and oldtown
