Absolutely love this hotel! Second stay here and will definitely stay here again if I go back to Kobe. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and restaurant was too. Great location with connections to other cities like Osaka and Kyoto. Shopping street literally a minute away with more just a bit further away.

Stayed here for three nights. Location is not too bad given that not many hotels near the major train station. About 8-10mins walk to JR west line. Pass by shopping arcade on-route About 15mins to Chinatown etc. Room size is pretty good also. Staff spoke good English. About 900 yen taxi to JR station

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in. Large room and newer bathroom. Lots of shopping close by and a five minute walk to the train station. Breakfast not the be missed.

Excellent location, pleasant lobby, helpful staff and clean well-maintained rooms — but the rooms are very small. There’s barely space for belongings, and our double bed was against one wall so hard to get in or out. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Nice Italian restaurant too.
