We had an overall great stay at this hotel — the rooms, facilities, and atmosphere were excellent. However, our experience was overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction my wife and daughter had with one of the hotel representatives at the restaurant regarding breakfast. The matter was handled in a surprisingly unprofessional way, which left us disappointed.
We escalated the issue to hotel management, who listened and acknowledged our concern, but unfortunately, no clear resolution or follow-up was provided beyond a sympathetic response. While the property itself is wonderful, the way this incident was managed did not meet the level of service we expected.
