From arrival to check out, nothing was a problem for the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the inclusion of breakfast was so good. The location of the hotel is picture perfect with the waters edge only a hop, skip and jump, access to fabulous walks and the ferry to Circular Quay on your doorstep. One of the best staycations we've had. Oh... and the rooms, stunning!

perfect location room very well designed with lots of space and storage public transport at the doorstep lovely other guests excellent service at the bar great breakkie we can not wait to hurry back

Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid. Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

Gorgeous hotel. I would recommend asking for a park view we had the loading dock not as pleasant but it was still a gorgeous hotel would stay here again!!! General area surrounds has a lot to do

Fabulous location, spectacular views of the harbour, comfortable and clean rooms with a delicious breakfast option. Friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Our room overlooked the harbour. Quite a large room with a very comfortable large roll away as well. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.
