Very comfortable and clean. Staff seemed very busy and not as friendly as other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. Location was good, close to lots of restaurants and cafes.

The staff are wonderful, the room is spacious and cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was good as well ! Very convenient location in Sapa town next to all the restaurants and shop!

Amazing stay at the hotel. Cleanliness , service and staff We took the one facing Fansipan mountain....breathtaking!!! Will come again with my children and stay there, IA!

Clean room, staff was absolutely amazing! Long and Lam made my experience wonderful. Lam hand chose a great unit for me given what he knew I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased :) He did a great job!

Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. We were given upgrade & treated well. Staff Lam upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on his face. Tran Long was great too & helped with transportation booking. Everything is excellent about this hotel from spotless room, smiling staff, great shopping & restaurants nearby & everyone so attentive. Love this hotel & staff & love Sapa!
