What I loved is that the staff treated me with such happiness. They called me by my name and my room has such a beautiful view i love this hotel.

The room was average and not correctly cleaned. Barely see a reception crew. The room was not equipped for foreigners as there was no plug adapters nor easy ways to charge phone. Last but not least, I had to checkout 1 day earlier due to an emergency and they refused to refund or give alternatives. I will not stay there ever again.

Under genomsnittet Room was not bad, but there is no closet. Biggest issue was a safety hazard. There was a door that seemed like it would lead to a balcony but when you open the door, it's just the edge of a building and you could fall off the building. Very scary.

Stayed 7 nights, the hotel make up the room everyday which we really like it. The room and the bathroom are large, just like the pictures. Late October very cold, we did not have a heater. We asked the front desk our last night. He ran the heater for 30 minutes. But later night it was very cold. The bed is very firm. My husband likes it, but for me very hard did not sleep well for 7 nights.
