This hotel is a top choice for Gero with very delicious and healthy buffet dinner and breakfast. Outdoor Onsen without of this world has breathtaking views!!! The staff was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. The property is well located with easy parking. The Gero onsen is currently ranked number 2 best onsen in Japan and we can tell with the quality of water from this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi is superfast. Two public baths, both with outdoor and indoor soaking spaces. Clean and we'll maintained. All employees very polite, helpful and professional. Dinner buffet incredible. Wisd variety of foods. Slightly expensive, but worth it.
