Property is in a central location, and the staff was very helpful.

Oover all decent but asked for 3 beds. They literally squeezed a bed between two. There was no space for luggage or go move around the room. If I needed 3 beds you would assume it's more then one person, 1 chair needed ? The shower was cold and outdated. Staff was nice but depending on who it was

It was very comfortable. The staff were professional and checkin was easy. The wifi wasn’t very strong. Biggest concern was shower/bath - it was a high tub, a stretch each time to get in, & bottom of tub was 6-8” higher than floor so awkward, even tricky to get out of. Tub bottom at rear is sloped w/o any traction & just a towel rack to hold onto. I’d recommend for liability reasons they create a less-slip surface at that end.

The wifi went out just on our room and they did nothing about it and they were rude The room wasn’t what it looked like on the site and there was no space to walk The outlet didn’t work no space between the beds like in the picture on the website If I plugged one charger in the power would go out and it happed about 6 times so we couldn’t charge our phones and the sink was very difficult to unclog this was very disappointing from this London inn.

Good breakfast and dinner. AC in room was great!

I have 4 bookings in the same week due to different check-in dates for the family and had requested for rooms to be nearby to one another as much as possible. Instead, one room was assigned to the basement -1 level. The room was so musty. After reporting it, the hotel maintenance staff suggestef to put some tablets into the drain and switch on the Aircon for ventilation. But the musty smell did not go away after the 1st night. The hotel did not follow up. I checked out after 2 nights but the hotel did not even apologize or offer any compensation. For all future guests, if you are unlucky like me assigned with a room in the basement even if you pay the same price, refuse to take it. Otherwise good luck to you.

Très bien situé, super service et super propre et confortable!

Staff was great, shower could’ve used more cleaning in the edges and corners but overall it was a good stay. I’d stay again
