Very Helpful staff, good Taipei 101 view to see sunrise. The breakfast lounge is good to overlook west and east side of Taipei. Very convenient location.

Hotel location is good and room is soundproofed. Finger foods are offered everyday from 2-4pm.

The staff are very helpful and prompt in responses. Very good service, enjoyed my stay with their superb service. The only suggestion is that the covet is rather thick and may resulted to lower Aircon temperature which is not environmental friendly. May suggest to change to a thinner version which is suitable for around 24 deg .

Room was clean, but bathroom smelled like urine. Toto toilet was a nice touch though. Play area was fantastic for the kids to run around without worry and the happy hour snacks were tasty! I would stay here again for the convenience of location and for families with young children that just need to let out some steam.

We stayed here for almost a week and loved the hotel. Great location, close to the Taipei main station/MRT, and loved the free snacks, drinks, and food daily! My kids also loved the children’s play room. Overall, great stay!
