My experience was so good. I recommend this hotel for people

The staff was helpful, but not very happy and excited to be there.

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and often stay at a variety of other hotels as well. I stayed here on a business trip this time. I have stayed at this hotel several times before. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi at any point during my stay, from check-in to check-out. All guests were affected by this issue on that day. Because I needed Wi-Fi for work, I had to check out early in the morning and go to a café to get online. In my opinion, this issue affects guests far more significantly than the hotel may appreciate. I believe guests should be informed of this issue before their stay. What I found particularly disappointing is that the issue had already occurred at check-in, but I was not informed. Lately, I’ve felt that Marriott’s overall quality has declined compared to other hotel chains. It may be a minor point, but as a Marriott fan, I find this very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was quiet and staff were very pleasant and friendly. The bathroom however was dirty with hair on the bathroom floor which was disgusting. Overlooking this, I would stay there again.

Great service from start to finish and very clean hotel

Convenient location but lacking in the quality we’re accustomed to at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The staff is pleasant. The room had a few bugs in the bathroom. There was also a black stain right outside the shower door. The shower only had body wash and 2 shampoo bottles. No conditioner and the other 3 were filled with what appeared to be the same soap. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were watery and one of the days the carton of milk was curdled. The room is not kept clean and every seating area had old food stuck on it. Disappointed in the upkeep of this location and would not stay here again.

Is good

This is our second stay in a Fairfield and we love it. Our room faced the golf course and there was street noise however we slept right through it.
