There is no coffee or water available. Room is so small. They did not clean a room and changing towers.

The room was cold and the heating couldn’t be turned up. I had to ask reception 3 times over our 4 day stay before it was acceptable. The mattresses are uncomfortable and only one pillow is provided. The kitchenette is very useful and it is all very clean

Great location to tram and train station with lots of good food options within steps of hotel. The staff were not very friendly and room walls were dirty but location, price and overall look of hotel made up for that. Nice parking but expensive 19 Euro/day. Breakfast looked okay but 14 euro so we didnt eat there

The room was small but very comfortable. The area where the hotel located is very good. The service is great. The ac is closing itself, this is a cons.
