There was no power when we arrived and I took a pretty bad fall by our room when I couldn’t see a ditch. But the power came on during the night and the end of the stay was fine

Staff was very helpful. I brought up two items when I left and they sent someone to check on them right away. The balcony off of our room was a delight. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the south side their newer building. Clean room and comfortable bed. Two story building it has elevator. The blue bus stop is right in front of the hotel. They got restaurant. We parked our car at the hotel and walked to Hermit bus transfer to take the red bus to go to the Hopi point. Very convenient.

We had an excellent stay. The staffs were nice and friendly. The room was clean.Ambience was good. 5 mins walk to the shuttle bus. Breakfast is paid with good options, but bit pricey. A reasonable price for the rooms. Since the lodge is inside the park, it was highly convenient to any south rim hikes, sunsets, points with the shuttle. Overall , a beautiful place to stay.

This is a short walk to try rim and accommodated our family of 5 in one room with air mattress we picked up at Walmart. It’s conveniently located to a food court. It’s well maintained. You have to request any room services like trash pickup but they do come quickly. Ice machine is only on first floor. For the price and location the value is excellent.

Nice to have a refridgerator in the room. Also helpful to have the food court and water bottle refill close by in the Maswik Lodge. Gift shop was very nice. Shuttle bus system is awesome - very comprehensive and straightforward. Food in the El Tovar dining room was the best.
