I booked 2 Rooms with 2 beds. Hotel arranged us with one room with 2 beds and another room with only one beds. I asked to change the room to my original books, the hotel staff refuses to change because fully booking without room to change.Next day I found one room with 2 bed checked out and I asked to change, the hotel staff still refuse me. Bad experiences in the hotel.

Spa was for men only, which is okay but was unaware of this prior to booking. Incredible location, close to everything, good food options, the most gorgeous park but so connected to the stations

Room and bathrooms were not clean when we entered property. Room features such as remote controls for AC, TV and features of toilet were difficult to operate due to Japanese language, no English language.
