stayed for 2 nights - tuned on the "clean room" sign , but no one came to clean the room , replace used towels and throw out trash Some basic amenities not found. no free water bottles.

Be careful with this property, totally inaccurate listing . The room is super tiny while the listing stated 310sqft for the deluxe plus. We were so upset and came to talk to the manager (Carmen) she's do stubborn and keep saying for sure the room is 310sqft as listed. Later on she said she would move us to another room. We waited and nothing happened. We talked to her again and she said to give her 20 mins to figure this out and again no response. Called her again and she's back to square one said the room size is as the listing. We're so mad and literally measured the room. It turned out the tiny room is 160sqft....can you be? Omg so terrible!!! The owner fooled us with this wrong listing. We requested for a refund but she's very rude. We had to leave and book at another hotel There is no way that you can stay at this tiny room. The walk way just fits 1 person. PLEASE NEVER BOOK THIS V CAUSEWAY PROPERTY. THEY LIE AND RUDE. AVOID THIS.

The check in and check out part has a delay in waiting for staff to come down to the lobby. Door unlocking procedures were not mentioned. We had to ask someone else to help.

Although the stay started on the wrong foot, as in the confirmation email I was told that check in was not done after office hours at 1800 local time. I rushed over by under which cost extra due to surge prices, when I could have taken public transportation. At Check In, I was given a room with a "wet bathroom" that had the toilet in the shower, which would have meant the floor would be always wet. Pictures during booking definitely did not have this. The manager (Apple) changed a room with a separate shower for me, but without the city view due to availability. The staff in general were very kind and courteous (especially Tai 泰哥). Only exception was the lady during my checkout. She had a huge attitude and kept giving excuses on why I cannot stow a bag with them. This definitely made me feel I was an inconvenience to them when I was a paying guest for 5 days and 4 nights. Just because I was checking out means I am not longer a guest?
