Very good location the very good and varied breakfast the very friendly staff; the room very nice.

We stayed at this hotel from March 12–16 and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Our room on the 13th floor was spacious enough for five people, even with multiple large suitcases. The bathroom was big and well-designed, though the toilet wasn’t separated and had a slight odor when flushed—bringing a spray helps. The TV had limited channels (around 10), but it provided useful updates like laundry and breakfast status. No smart TV features (Netflix/Amazon), but the affordable in-room massage service was a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious, especially the tempura and takoyaki, with a good mix of Western and Japanese options. Parking was easy but cash-only, with strict hours: return by 10 PM and access starts at 7 AM. Laundry is on the 7th floor with only three machines. It costs about 500 yen per cycle plus 200 yen for extra drying. Detergent is included, but machines had a slight odor—bring paper towels for lint cleanup. Overall, despite minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return when visiting Osaka.

It is located next to the exit of train station with the elevator, convenient for traveller with luggage. Clean and quiet hotel and staff are friendly.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating, spoke excellent English

The room was not very big. They provided 2 double beds (not very big) and a single bed even though we were 4. Space is tight. In our case it was not much of a problem since we travelled with our 2 teenagers but you may want a room with another bed if your party is 4. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was incredible, the variety, the taste and quality. Very good. Location wise it is great too, metro station literally next to the hotel, seven eleven roght in front and about 15 min walking to Den Den Town area. The hotel was super quiet as well. Only issue was the small room/beds and the reception staff barely speaks English so just bear that in mind.
