The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. However, all of the compensation card (like we had a power outrage and got a 400NTD gift card ONLY valid to the drink bar that opens later in the day)

Friendly staff and clean facility. I am out most of the time so didn't get to enjoy the facility much. Overall, I am a low maintenance person, and I have a good experience.

Great location close to everything, helpful staff, however in a night club area, lots of noise from party goers till wee hours in the morning……. Especially if staying on a weekend. Ask for a high floor.

Really appreciate the hotel’s focus on small details. I forgot to bring an adaptor but that wasn’t needed as they had USB and universal sockets. Loved their products, especially the shampoo, body wash, and adorable soap dish. Have to call out the clean room, shower pressure, and hair dryer, made our stay restful and relaxing.

In the middle of a nightlife scene, close to Taipei 101 and the metro stations are walking distance. Also close to convenient stores that are open 24/7.

Great location. You can find many malls, Taipei 101 is just 5 mins away. The convenience came along with noisy surrounding. Gets really noisy even late into the night. Room is big but not very clean. Very dusty. Requested for the sheets to be changed, somehow it was overlooked. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.
