1.체크인/아웃은 카톡으로 매우 편리
2.관리자는 친절하고 회신도 빠르다.
3.바다전망으로 예약을 했는데 창문, 테라스 바로 앞에 고층건물 있어 바다는 건물 사이로 보임.
4.층간소음/ 오토바이 경적/ 바닷가 공연 소음으로 시끄러움
5.건물이 노후되어 있고 가구 안은 매우 더러움
6.냉장고 안에 죽은 도마뱀 있었음
7.한국인들이 많이 가는 식당이나 장소와 비교적 가까움
8.침대는 돌침대 급으로 딱딱함
9.부모님 모시는 여행이면 더 좋은 곳으로 가시길
10.바퀴벌레는 안나옴
11. 다른집 외국인이 문열고 맨날 담배피워서 복도에 담배냄새 심함
12.관리자는 친절함

This hotel was hidden in a side street behind other hotels but it’s such a gem. We booked for a 2 sea-view rooms. Upon arrival they checked us into a 3 bedrooms sea-view apartment. Beautiful and spacious, the room had everything we needed and more for just the three of us. Sitting in the balcony, waiting for the sunrise was a highlight too. Located in the heart of tourist area, walking distant. Definitely would come back.

The property is as advertised. Entrance street is narrow. The AC in the main room need maintenance as it wasn't cooling enough.

Bed sheets were dirty and towels were not stocked in bathroom. Housekeeping had to be called to the room to fix. Makes for a very poor first impression

I like the beach/sea view, especially for purpose of watching the fireworks during countdown to 2019.
I also like the cool breeze and refreshing air that come into my room at the 22nd Floor.
My room has most of the essential facilities and hotel is situated at a convenient location, close to all local amenities.
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE IS:
I refer to room no. 2203/1 - connecting room with sea view balcony.
1) Bathroom light switch
The bathroom light switch is outside the room.
It is inconvenient!
If I turn off the bathroom light before sleeping, I will need to go out of the room to turn on the light if I wake up in the middle of night to go to bathroom.
If I don't turn off the bathroom light, the light from the bathroom will be illuminating the room which disturbs sleep.
So appreciate that you shift the bathroom light switch to inside the room.
2) Shower cubicle
It is very annoying to walk on wet floor to go to the wash basin or toilet as the shower cubicle is before the toilet.
It would be much better if the shower is at the inner and toilet/wash basin at the outer, before the door.
