Wonderful location

The property is a gem and the staff is delightful. Location is also terrific. Loved everything except for the broken air conditioner during the hottest days in Paris. My challenge is that my room was pretty warm with the a/c on. I renewed my stay for a second night and shared how hot the room was. Upon returning that evening they confirmed the air was not working and we could move to another room. We moved our own bags and after getting settled, I mentioned that room was also not getting to the desired temperature. At that point I learned the a/c had been broken for 2 weeks. The second night was very expensive, twice as much as the first night. I would had hoped they would not charge up for a non working a/c during the hottest days in Paris or at least be transparent before checking in.

I recently stayed for 5 days. The highlight was the small, but mighty pool, which made the experience truly enjoyable, especially since Paris was experiencing a heat wave. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. I recently had a five-day stay at this hotel. The highlight of my stay was the small but impressive pool. This is the best hotel in all of Paris. I've stayed at many hotels here, but none a five a Le Damatin. It is truly a 5 star hotel.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful experience during our stay at Le Damantin Paris Hôtel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. They greeted us with such kindness, always ready to help with a smile, and made us feel completely cared for throughout our visit. Whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations, assisting with little details, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable, their hospitality was consistently beautiful and heartfelt. The atmosphere of the hotel is already stunning, but the lovely service truly elevated the entire experience. It made our romantic getaway feel even more memorable and meaningful. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and incredibly grateful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough the customer service alone makes it a place we’d happily return to.
