Clean room..Great staff..Food on expensive side especially if you’re depending on that for most meals. Transportation to Universal perfect and Easy both ways… Pool was great wish it was deeper but understand why! Amazed that everyday my kids and I saw lifeguards training (NEVER SEEN THAT)

I loved that it has the shuttles that run tonand grom universal an hour after the places close. I also love that they have food at the property but it doesn't close at 11pm and is pretty expensive.

Bra

My parents, my fiancé, and I would not stay at this hotel again. We stayed from July 20–27 while visiting Florida to look at homes, so our trip was not centered around sightseeing or resort activities. We asked the front desk for recommendations on things to do in the area, but the staff member simply opened Google Maps on her computer and pointed to nearby attractions. Unfortunately, that interaction was not very helpful or welcoming. The walls throughout the hotel are extremely thin. We could hear neighboring guests talking, televisions, and other noise throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax. When we first arrived, the toilet seat in our room was broken and completely off its hinges. After I sent a text through the hotel’s messaging service, maintenance repaired it, and our room was cleaned that same day. While I appreciated the prompt repair, housekeeping was a major disappointment for the rest of our stay. The texting system itself was simple and easy to use. However, every time I requested housekeeping, I was repeatedly told that my “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door. This was simply not true. I only placed the sign on the door in the evenings when we were going to bed—not during housekeeping hours. Despite requesting daily service multiple times, our room was cleaned only twice during our entire seven-night stay. Meanwhile, my parents’ room was cleaned every single day, making the inconsistency even more frustrating. Overall, we left disappointed.

Everything was excellent. We stayed for a week. Only thing I can comply but it was not big a deal is that the last 2 days housekeeping did not refreshed our room. We had to call guest services and the provided us with fresh towels and they took out trash out. On the other hand a nice lady on the dront desk helped us to get an early check in. I will recommend this hotel a lot because of the location, free shuttles and facilities.
