I liked the food at cocoa restaurant and the property itself.. The rooms were outdated and had many bugs.

The people are very friendly. The restaurant menu is mostly Filipino food. It should be updated with vegan and gluten free options. It is time.

Had to change room due to construction. New room was okay after I figured out the sewer smell was coming from the tub drain. I called maintenance and the sprayed air freshener. The next room I had was infested with ants. A he air conditioner was blowing hot and leaking. Maintenance came and it blew colder . Had to use trash can to keep my room from flooding.
