This is a nice boutique hotel nestled in a quite neighborhood of Pattaya. The rooms are beautifully designed, and hotel staff extremely helpful.

Good stay for the price. The website made the rooms look more fancier than they actually are from the photos, at least my room didn’t look that fancy. It looked pretty old and run down. But it was still clean and comfortable. Best of all it was a quiet and peaceful stay.

As such there is nothing wrong with this little property. It is beautifully decorated, the rooms are a nice size and the beds are amazingly comfortable. What is and was wrong the Noursabah was that we drove 3 hours to get here and when we arrived, we were ready for a good long weekend with relaxation by the pool, good food etc. Problem was that first of all, the swimming pool was closed. We were told it was due to social distancing, which made absolutely zero sense as when I was told I was the only person there. Second, there was no way to get food served. We were told to go to the street to buy it at the local vendors. Looking at that service level and no access to pool and no access to food at the property and there is no gym (but we knew this), why on earth would we want to stay here and not just remain in our apartment in Bangkok? Why would you open a hotel after lockdown with no food and no swimming pool....? We ended up canceling our stay here after 1 night and moving somewhere else. Closure of swimming pool and no availability of food was NOT listen on the website when we booked. The attitude from the staff was appalling. They simply just didn't care one bit about these thing.... We will never go back here....

모든 스텝이 친절합니다. 물품들도 깨끗하고, 조식도 맛있어요. 다만, 사진으로 본것보다 숙소도, 주차장도, 수영장도 많이 작네요 그래도 스텝들이 친절해서 또 가고 싶네요.

Nice and cozy, live like local, no beach This hotel is in a small street soi pattaya south 10 Car parking is available. Friendly staff But noisy. When people next room turn on TV and talk, it’s loud and you can hear it clearly

一进去就告诉我们大厅和房间的零食、饮料全部免费，离7-11很近。就是酒店在巷子里，晚上不敢出去，唯一需要改进的就是电梯，没有电梯很不方便

Room is large, clean and nicely decorated. 4-person room has two bathrooms which is nice. Mini bar is free and free snacks are available in lobby all day.

Super staffs and super clean , highly recommend to everyone

Cosy boutique hotel with friendly and warm service staff. The location, however, is not close to the main road so best to drive if you’re staying at this hotel.

Very clean and quiet. An excellent team. They help you every time.
