Steve was the best! He understood what was required of our stay for a late check in and was very detailed with his instructions on how to accomplish a self check in after hours.

The room was clean, &furniture were new, but it is small. I needed to checkout before 8am, but hotel office was still closed. I had to make comeback later in the day to return key and get refund, not fun.
