Great hotel. Large rooms. Good shuttle service. Good reasonably priced food.

Very convenient to transfer to airport. I have stayed here several times recently and would highly recommend the hotel.

We were looking forward to our stay at the Hyatt Place in the Room that we reserved. We arrived about 1:00 pm and "of course" the room we reserved was not available/cleaned. We were told we could wait till 3 to see if one is available (HP Room) or change room type and check in now. We had just traveled for 26 hours, so being so tired we did not want to wait. The room we got was a king bed with what was suppose to be a sofa bed....it was not. The room was small. There was 3 people and our luggage took up a lot of space in the room. The king bed was not comfortable. Mattress too hard. The third person (17 yr old) slept on the top of sofa...it would not open out. Extremely hard. The shuttle was good to have except the van was extremely hot. When we got picked up, the driver did not help with luggage...he instructed our grandson where to put his luggage. When we first got started the air was nice and then he turned the air basically off. Both times we rode the shuttle van, it was very hot inside. The breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety. I believe they should offer special requests but I was told no. You only have what's being offered. Overall, not sure if back in the area, I would choose Hyatt Place again. There are other hotels in the area that also has shuttle services.

It was a Comfortable and quiet rest before a long flight home the next morning. The restaurant was good too. The only strange thing is they charge €8.50 per person to take the shuttle back to the airport. I didn’t know this until after booking. A taxi was half the cost.

I love the hotel

I got a really nice Room at a reasonable price. Nice to have food and drink available for us late arrivals and appreciated the airport shuttle. My second time using this hotel for a quick airport turnaround and recommend it.

Clean room. Available parking. A bit unusual for US travelers to pay to a airport shuttle.

Property is a standard airport hotel. Room is comfortable and convenient. Had shuttle to and from the hotel. Used the restaurant and the staff did not know what was on the menu. Did not know how to do cocktails, order did not arrive as requested. Price point was through the roof.
