Our 5 year old loved the pool. Great energy there with lots of other kids. Other child based amenities were nice. The buffet was fine. Nothing special. The property overall shows wear and tear. The towels for the rooms were old. The staff was helpful and gracious.

I was there 5 nights The housekeeping never changed linen and to be honest I dont care Only change towels water coffee For me it was ok When I have done the checkout they charge me 9thousand pesos for the linen that was dirty Of course it was 5 nights with the same linen I dont even know if the linen was from my room cos I wasn't there The front desk only want receive the money even i complain they didn't care I felt that I was scammed For that reason I can't give a good review and I will never comeback there

Wifi always changes everyday The aircon was weak set to 16c barely felt the cold, requires electric fan. Hot water shower is so hard to regulate Overall still a great place to stay. Food is ok as well

The staff was very nice. I do suggest that a door tag be provided to hang on the door when you leave the room - If you would like the room cleaned or not? Also, let the guests know that the staff will need 15 mins to check the room before you check out of the hotel and the end of your stay.

Property is run down and needs upgrading. Strange rules in place such as only 2 towels allowed in the rooms, and rooms must be expected after check out. Breakfast buffet is mediocre but plentiful. Best part of the property is the staff..very friendly, helpful and welcoming!

The staff was friendly and service was good. However, rooms weren’t ready by 3PM. One room had ants and needed to be swapped. Another room had a plugged sink and the shower wouldn't stay on as the water pressure was low. The hotel took 6000 pesos for deposit and took 15min after checkout for them to confirm the room was good. They should’ve told us in advance as we were in a rush to leave. Towels at the pool were also difficult to get and they confirmed the room before handing over the towels as if we wanted to take them. Breakfast was ok, good selection, but not the best quality. Overall experience could’ve been better but too many issues to be considered a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The room itself was clean and the staff were generally polite, which I appreciated. However, there were a few significant issues that affected our overall comfort. We came as a group and booked a total of 5 rooms. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 5 rooms had air conditioning units that were blowing very weak air. In our case, we reported the issue multiple times and were told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to cool down, but even after 2 hours, the room remained hot. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with an 11-month-old who was already sweating and uncomfortable. It took several follow-ups before any action was taken, and eventually we were all moved to different rooms. Additionally, the pool area did not feel well-maintained. Some of the tiles were loose, and a sharp piece actually came off and injured my husband’s foot. While the staff did offer to bring him to a clinic, I believe there should have been more accountability or compensation given that this involved a safety issue with the amenities we paid for. Overall, while the cleanliness and staff attitude were good, the delays in resolving issues, multiple room issues within our group, and safety concerns were disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff provided excellent service and very helpful. Clean area and big pool and nice view at the pool. Breakfast are also great.
