Very quiet and clean hotel , a lot of restaurants around , but a little bit too far from main attractions . Bathroom set up is horrible , to reach the shower is so inconvenient. Towels were not changed daily , some days there were not towels at all in the bathroom .

Wonderful family-friends break in Paris

They don’t allow check in until after 3pm and apparently their maintenance and housekeeping staff all leave before 4pm, so there is a very small window to correct any issues. I arrived during a news-making heatwave and the a/c was broken. I turned it on and tried to give the room time to cool, but it never did. The receptionist told me maintenance had gone for the day and there was nothing they could do. Later that evening I realized there were no covers on the twin bunks for my children, just a simple sheet covering the mattress. Again I went to tell the reception desk (a new person by this time) and was advised that housekeeping was gone and “why did I care about covering up if the room was hot anyway.” The poor service, lack of regard for my children, and complete lack of hospitality was shocking to me. I was moved into a much smaller room the next day and not offered anything from the hotel for the issues and poor service. What a terrible way to spend time in a beautiful city.

Room was great for our family stay in Paris. It was perfectly situated between two metro lines. The room was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We loved this hotel, excellent location - near bakeries, cafes and 3 metro stations. The rooms were updated and beautiful, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly. It checked all the boxes for us.

it seems AC doesn't work well. we feel a bit cold at night but cannot manage to turn the AC on to heat. But in general this hotel is fine

The staff if very nice and always helpful. We had an odor problem with 2 different rooms and they moved us each day to one that was free of that issue. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a wide selection. The hotel is in a great location, close to several key Metro stops.
