I’ve never had a front desk agent. Tell me not to loose a key. He jinxed me and subsequently that’s what happened we lost our entire wallet.

Nice spacious rooms Friendly helpful staff

The studio room was clean and comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. Conveniently located near the mall and shops and surprisingly quiet for a weekend stay. I arrived later than planned close to 7pm and they nicely had my room already heated up on a cold night which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room, staff are welcoming though no free self parking available onsite. Rooms are spacious, comfy bed and decent sized bathroom, doesn’t feel too cramped.

The Questcwas a perfect base for us to work from whilst in Hamilton. The are is not thegreatest at night and although there are some food options in the are, it was quiet and not the greatest. Walkingbto Sky City is easy butbthe cbd streets are littered with homeless people so it wass a bit uncomfortable. If not for the area the hotel would rate 4 on every aspect

Check in closed at 4pm - it seems a little early for people who are travelling. Reception had been informed we would arrive later than 4pm and a parking spot was booked. On arrival we received an envelope with our details. A parking place had NOT been reserved as requested. Emergency receptionist was contacted but told that no reservation had been made and the car park was full. We had to park in a nearby paid parking station. On checking out I was informed that a parking spot HAD been reserved for us. I was assured the parking fee would be removed from our bill. On arrival at our room our room keycard did not work. The duty manager was notified and arrived 30 minutes later to resolve the issue. Once in our room, everything was great, nice room with good amenities. I would be happy to recommend the property as it is very central with good amenities. It would have been even better if the administrative aspects had run more smoothly as we had travelled nearly 5hrs so the delays were somewhat frustrating. Regards Miriam

Nice size room with seperate bedroom and bathroom. Ok to spread out. Location is close to shops and some restaurants. Bit dated and no real amenities to offer.

Poor check in experience, staff member didn't know what she was doing and it took ages. Car park is small, very tight and cars are up on hoists, felt the parking charge was excessive. Room was mostly clean but tired. Old single glazed windows meant the outside noise was quite loud even when closed. The area wasn’t good, lots of homeless people hanging around. We could see several from our room, sleeping next to hotel and lots more when we took an evening walk to supermarket. Wouldn't stay again.

Nice hotel in good location. Really enjoyed our stay. Not a problem for us but lift doesn’t go to 3rd
