Our stay was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful at all times of the day. The pool was great as well, the entertainment staff did a good job keeping the crowd alive in the heat. The only thing I’d like to see different is the variety of food. A lot of American food, my family was expecting more Mexicans dishes.

Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, excellent food, not pleased with paying for preferred and being unable to take the kids with us to the preferred pool.

Couldn’t enjoy the beach because of the amount of seaweed

We recently stayed 5 nights at Dreams Sapphire. We had 5 adults and two kids ages 7 and 9. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we all could all agree this resort was fantastic. Upon check in we were given sparkling wine and juice for the kids. Our rooms were clean and inviting. My husband and I were celebrating an anniversary, and my grandma had just had a birthday. There was cake in her room and champagne in ours! Very thoughtful touches. Any time we needed something they were very quick to accommodate us. My kids had such a great time on the water slides and main pool. We all had plenty of food we liked as well as drinks. My kids thought they were something special getting virgin drinks from the bar! The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was entertainment most nights and plenty of activities for the kids. The only negative- which is out of the resort’s control- was the amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. We were more than happy to spend our days at the pool though! Overall, I would recommend this resort to anyone and I would definitely love to go back!

We love everything was peaceful , people was incredibly attentive

Overall we enjoyed our stay but I would not stay in Puerto Morelos again. At no fault to the resort the ocean was just not pretty - lots of seaweed and water looked like tea. Pros- I really liked the layout of the resort with the rooms away from the restaurant/pool area and the restaurants all close together. It’s completely worth it and maybe necessary to booked at least Preferred level to get access to the best restaurants. The buffet was not great but we loved Blue Water Grill and the other restaurants. The servers, hosts, and virtually all staff were EXCELLENT. People- bring pesos and TIP PLEASE. In the US you can order them from your bank branch. I totally recommend the swim out ocean front rooms. We had full service out there and it was lovely. Also- the room service is great! Cons- our room had terrible air conditioning so I didn’t sleep well at all. The food at the poolside grill was also kind of terrible.

The staff and facilities are lovely. Love that it’s not a gigantic resort. Plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. Loved the Blue Grill Restaurant for a chill lunch. Buffet is great for breakfast, but don’t miss the handmade Sopas near the theater. Felix was an awesome server at the pool, so helpful. Will definitely be back.

The property is great overall and the food was amazing. The extra preferred package was not really worth it but overall it was a very nice experience.
