The experience at this unique hostel was really delightful, with cheerful and helpful staff, cute and enjoyable, living room, kitchen, and other travelers who were very friendly and kind. I enjoyed my stay in spite of the fact that I’m not really used to sharing restrooms with other people. It all worked out fine. I wasn’t feeling well and the owner provided me with an extra blanket which really helped me get to sleep early and keep warm. I appreciated that so much. The only thing I was unsure about was that there were no towels. I didn’t have time to look through the literature about this or to buy one while I was in town. So I showered at the next accommodation.

Clean room and staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Staff were very helpful and friendly during my short stay! It is an older building but there is a lot of character. There is plenty of room and it is spacious.

Don’t normally do too many reviews, but this place is excellent value for a stay in Heidelberg. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice social area (with free refreshments) where you can meet other travellers. If you go to Heidelberg this place should definitely be on your list.

Desde que entré la recepcion diferente a otros lugares, una bienvenida muy coordial, me ayudarin con el equipaje. Tiene cafe y te libre, varias cosas free en comida, todo ordenado, un baño exclusivo de damas, la verdad que le pongo un 10. La ubicación es fabulosa.
