Location is super, staff is very friendly, breakfast and dinner are very good. We didn’t park at the hotel because of the cost.

I must say this hotel is awesome and I truly recommend everyone that visits Chicago ti stay. The rooftop was awesome and breakfast was very delicious and also very clean. I must also add that the front desk staff Ebony and Raymond were the nicest people I’ve ever met, they were very helpful and courteous. Thumbs up to both awning and Raymond for helping to make our stay one to remember. We will be back.

We spent one night here. Hotel is in a nice area with parking garage being very close, practically across the street. Walking distance to many attractions. Room was clean. Staff was polite. Breakfast buffet was excellent! My only complaints would be that we couldn't adjust the room temperature (it got a bit too warm during the night). Mattress was comfortable, pillows much too thin. The shower head only trickled when turning water to hot, no good stream on hot. Not sure if that's how all rooms are, or if only an issue in the room we stayed in. I did mention it when we checked out.

The rooftops bar and the lobby areas were nice. Had a few problems with the room at check in, after the third try I finally got a okay room. Staff is okay, not overly friendly. Nothing is complimentary like breakfast compared to surrounding hotels with comparable room prices. Not sure that I would stay there again or recommend to anyone. Location wise, it was great and close to other stores and restaurants.

Very clean rooms. Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms daily. Every few days, so I had to ask for clean towels. No big deal. Breakfast was awesome! Kiss the cook! Staff was friendly and hotel in the heart of it all. Great bagels next door. Will definitely stay there again.

I will credit the management for listening to my complaints and saying they will give me a partial refund for the cost of the room due to all of the issues, though I have not seen the refund actually go through yet. this hotel is in a great location and has a fun modern interior design. unfortunately that is the only nice thing I can say about it. the air conditioning was not working when we arrived it was 75 in the room despite it being mild weather outside and the air conditioner temperature being listed as trying to make the room be 65. this was what the air conditioner was like when we arrived. since my room phone was completely broken it had a dial tone but none of the buttons were labeled and there were big chunks of the plastic missing from the phone, I could not call down to the front desk so I went down and asked if they could send maintenance up to make the room less miserable. maintenance never came. they finally came around 11:00 the next morning. they tried some stuff. after we got done from a day of sightseeing around 7:00 it was still 73° in the room and the air conditioner was still listed as trying to go full blast until the room was 65. the front desk sent the maintenance manager, who proceeded to insult me and belittle me and say that I had broken the thermostat. I pointed out that it was 75 when we arrived in the room the day before. maintenance kept insulting me. saying i broke the air conditioner

Everything was very good we stayed 1 night it was very nice

When I went to the bar…my beer wasn’t even cold. She didn’t have a frozen mug or anything. Paid for warm beer

This Hotel is in the TOP 5 on my list for Chicago as it’s easy to get to where your going without driving, everything is taken care for you from the minute you walk through the revolving doors, A BIG YES TO STAYING AGAIN THE FUTURE
