We had ants during our stay

The TVs are pretty old. They don’t have the option to connect to Netflix prime etc.

Would not stay again.

I really liked this place. I felt more at home here than compared other nearby hotels, It had great on property parking, The breakfast was good but not special. It was quieter than the hotel down the road. All that being said I was very tempted to give this place one star because when I sat on the toilet my private parts dipped into the water. And I don’t have anything down there to brag about.

Wonderful Staff had a great stay. Will definitely come back

Photos do not depict the hotel. It’s in need of a major update. No clocks in the room, now power around the nightstand. Bathroom had poor lighting and no ventilation. We had to stick a Hager in the bathroom door to hold it open after showering so it would air out. Bed was actually comfortable.

The room was clean, although a little dated. We notified the front desk at checkout that our room had ants. We were told at that time, that maintenance was already aware of the problem and would work on a solution in the coming week.

The good, breakfast, cookies, lemon water The bad, gym has broken treadmill, 1 working 1 not. Hot water wasn’t working in the shower. Fire pit doesn’t work. Did I mention the cold showers? Verdict Stay at the Embassy instead, it’s worth the extra.

The property, staff, and cleanliness were great. However, we had a room with a jet tub. We were awaken to the smell of marijuana...so strong that it literally woke us up at 5 am. The next day... same thing. Only, this time it was 4ish in the evening. So, we went to the front desk and told them. They were very helpful... tried to pinpoint it with us after coming to our room and smelling it as well. They couldn't figure out where it was coming from. So they offered to change our room. Problem with that was they only have 4 jet tub rooms, 2 of those were out of order. So we would have to take a different room type... not what we paid for! And, no guarantee on a refund for the difference because we booked with a 3rd party. SMH Another problem... Housekeeping. We asked for them to come clean the tub, pickup dirty towels and bring clean ones, and take the trash. They told us they would come at around 1:30 pm. No one had come and it was 5ish. The front desk reached out to them and they said they would still come. When the lady came...she refused to clean the tub and said it was time for her to go home. I liked the room...but not the service and DEFINITELY NOT the marijuana smell!
