Lovely property in a quaint part of town. 2 blocks from the lake and an abundance of restaurants. Staff were the nicest most helpful I've ever encountered. Very large room and very comfortable. Highly recommend

I absolutely loved Hotel Ochsen. The staff were all amazing, super kind and helpful. They really do go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept, cleaned daily with nice shampoos and teas - we loved the mix between old authentic Swiss style and modern. The breakfast was great, fresh and lots of variety. Spa facilities were also fantastic and you can reserve for free so you have a private time allocated. Overall this hotel was perfect, I will be recommending to friends and family too. Thank you/Danke to the lovely staff too.

Set in the Zug old town, close to the lake this hotel ismple but refined with very friendly staff and great service. I would stay again.
