The staff was helpful at check in and the water dispenser including sparkling water on each floor was a bonus. Location was good for those wanting to be away from Bern train station and Old Town, being a minute away from a bus/tram stop. A major problem is the chaos at breakfast time where there was hardly any seat.

Great hotel can get there from the train with a tram/bus or a brief walk 1km. Hotel was very modern and quiet. Breakfast had almost everything you would want. Will definitely visit again.

Great staff, fun evening atmosphere, terrific breakfast with many options. Location perfect to access public transportation. Comfortable, clean room ideal for a few days stay. Definitely on my of hotels for return visit to Bern.
