Lovely hotel, shame that could not get ITV 1 on the TV in the room for the World Cup game.

Have stayed here before. Breakfast average with some food from the buffet cold. Good staff.

Fan and shaver point not working in the bathroom; part of trim of the bedroom furniture coming away. Breakfast buffet food barely warm on both days we stayed. Staff very polite and attentive. Too much ice in the cocktails at the bar - couldn't tell if there was any alcohol in it.

Unfortunately the room tv did not show ITV1 - normally not a problem but we did want to watch the football.

Very clean & quiet. An issue with the TV signal meant we couldn't watch any catchup or streaming services.

It was over 30 degrees heat and there was no air con, no fans available, no coverings that would fully cover the window because, of the style of the rooms they retained heat massively leaving myself and colleagues choking for air so we had to have the windows slightly open however, this left us with being bitten by mosquitos all night every night and there was no escaping it making us all really ill with how much we had been bitten. We also left our bags at the front desk and suitcase on the day of check out even though we then discovered there was actually a luggage room? My colleague came back and her bag was open and when we took our cases we stood and waited no one came over to check so we left with our suitcases however, our point is anyone could have taken them! My colleague also asked for still water for her breakfast which she paid for as it had ran out apple juice, orange, water how you normally get and she was told to go use the vending machine, this should have been included. Being told to go buy water when breakfast was already purchased is not good. On the day of check out we asked for pizza and one of your staff advised it wasn't on yet however if we had waited until that time we would miss our flight. So we opted to go to Lidl around the corner and get some picky bits of food to see us through we were then told that we couldn't use a table even though no one was in the restaurant couldn't use a couple little plates or knife and fork and told to go outside

Good location for the arena. Friendly staff, a decent breakfast selection (though I wouldn't want to book a breakfast time, as instructed, if I was on holiday). Decent bathroom. Downsides-smallish bed, slow check in, no bedside table, outside windows absolutely filthy, slow room service.

Beautiful hotel great location ! Manchester is a beautiful city.

Indigo hotels never disappoint. Everyone is so friendly, helpful & go that extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The room was immaculate & had everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious, I seriously can't fault this hotel & highly recommend.

Very expensive for what it's worth
