Fantastic hotel that is perfectly located. Staff was lovely and made every moment special. Afternoon tea is a must! We will definitely be back!

The location is very convenient The rooms have been redecorated The guest rooms were a bit small but lovely pool is awesome

I loved my stay, would definitely repeat. It’s close to all city attractions. The staff was super friendly and kind! Every interaction was better than the last. Which was very important to me because I wasn’t feeling well a couple of days. The room was clean and welcoming. All amenities were perfect. Would recommend to anyone willing to listen!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as bus stops.

The door men and staff were amazing, made the hotel. Beautiful building. But our bedroom lacked any guest information regarding WiFi and amenities, large bottles of waters with glasses to drink etc.. it was a little sad. Guest bedroom experience needs a little focus

It looks like Hilton is working to improve the property, which is good. A couple things to note: - lobby / entrance is beautiful, smells great. - fabulous drinks at the bar (Bravo, Ellie!). - Staff were lovely- truly great people, great customer service. - room cleaning staff were really great too! Very nice and helpful. - room was… ok. Step-in tub was uncomfortable (better placed grab bars please!), but the warming towel rack was nice. - small touches were missing in the room (no pen and paper in the suite from what we could tell) - breakfast as good! A few more fresh options would be nice (to balance out the decadent sausages, haggis, bacon, hash browns, etc) but overall really good. Main criticism- the spa needs a lot of TLC. Locker rooms weren’t well appointed (extra towels would be good). The steam room - a big draw after long flights and train rides - was actually a little gross. Someone had a bloody nose (or something) and it was smeared a little on the wall. Phlegm on floor (or so it seemed). This is really unacceptable, so hope they can address asap. They want to expand spa offerings, and I think there is potential (nice products!), but these details will matter if the goal is to compete with Four Seasons and Ritz for spa offerings!
