We had a room with a living room and a kitchen which was great as there was plenty of space fo relax after a long day of sightseeing. The room was quiet and the hotel well located near underground stations and convenience stores.

The staff at MyStays Otemae were extremely kind & helpful. Every time we had a request they immediately did their best to fulfill it. After we checked out they let us store our bags in their office while we made a last shopping trip to Namba.When we returned soaking wet because of the terrible weather, Tsubouchi-san & Watanabe-san provided hand towels so we could dry our clothes & allowed us to repack our bags. Then Nakata-san & Satomi-San called several taxi companies but they were all booked up and they tried & tried until they were able to reserve a taxi to take us to the Kansai Airport Limousine bus stop. All the staff went beyond the call of duty to help us. That why this was our 4th time staying there whenever we visit Osaka for the past 4 years!

Room is clean, near a subway. Bed firmness is good, 2 pillows (contour pillow and a soft pillow). However, there is 1 room with erratic fancoil's themostat, cold/warm air supply got cut off every now and then. I was able to borrow an air purifier from the hotel staff to improve the air flow for that room. Hotel staff is friendly and approachable.

The staffs are very accomodating and supported us with everything we needed. I even ñeft my bag inside the train with all of our passports inside and the hotel staffs helped us getting it by delivering it to the hotel. The rooms are also wonderful. Thank you for hosting our stay in osaka 😁

My partner, sister and I enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of space for the three of us as the room had one double bed, a separate room with two singles and a third room with one single. The shared kitchen/ dining area was greatly appreciated and the extra space was super convenient for our group. The location of this hotel made it convenient for us to walk rather than take the train (this was greatly appreciated after being in Tokyo) and is so close to Osaka Castle! Also a fantastic takoyaki and okonomiyaki stand/restaurant just round the corner! We will definitely stay with MyStays again!

The staff is very friendly and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the place for some hours after the check-out which was super helpful! The place is very clean too. I definitely recommend it!
