The hotel/ apartment was fantastic. The reception staff were lovely and helped me to book theme park tickets and were able to give me advice on the area. The room itself was spacious with a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room has been well maintained. The only slight thing I was missing was a stove top burner to cook on- however, there was a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Very friendly staff, I was carrying a fresh knee injury and staff were very helpful and caring. Also upgraded us to a bigger, nicer room with a balcony, which was very nice. Facilities (pool, spa, sauna) were very clean, one of the beat pool areas with a nice Waterfall feature. Spa could have more bubbles if I'm being picky, it appears some of the jets weren't working or were shut off. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy. Close to tram which gets you into the heart of GC withing 10 mins. Very pleasant stay.
