Rooms/apartment was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful and the location was very convenient (next or close to several dining spots and a 24-hr convenient store). I did not notice that the place does not have air-conditioning when I booked it, not needed at that time but I was wondering when it's summer time. Also, on the first and second nights, noise or chatter of neighbors can be heard until wee hours of the night.

Room was small and dated. It was very clean but felt like a hostile and the AC needs cleaning as it was spewing dust all over the beds.

Staff was super. The standard room was nice but a bit small. Super location. My only criticism was the rooster outside of our window, but it’s the Philippines.

The floorboard was loose near the bed, I saw an cockroach in the bathroom, and the space was quite small. However, it was overall pretty comfortable.

Nice place to stay. Easy walk to Burnham park. Rooms are nice and the kitchen is a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.
