We had a junior suite which was quite a good size. It aLao came with a daily foot massage, which was lovely. The spa anrea was very clean and bright. The girls working there were lovely and the massage was very pleasant. The room was well appointed, the only thing lacking was a full length mirror. Breakfast was also pretty good, not a big buffet but it had a wide selection of western and Vietnamese food. The breakfast staff were so helpful as they not only made eggs to order but also Vietnamese coffee and teas. Last but not least, the reception staff were outstanding. All spoke English well, were very helpful, in fact they went out of there to assist with even the smallest thing. Because of the oppressive heat during our stay we spent quite a lot of time at the hotel and got to know the staff very well. We really enjoyed the pool, although it was indoors, it was perfect. Not too deep in most areas and a good temperature to relax in. Overall our stay at little residence was a memorable experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip to Hoi An.

Room comes with everything you need and with decent space. They even offer some local fruits. I found breakfast to be just ok, but the fried rice was especially good. The best part of my stay was my experience with the staff. The staff were very helpful and took the time to share with us where to visit. Thank you so much ❤️ If you are looking for somewhere quiet yet near the main attractions, Little Residence is a great choice! (there is also Xin Chao Hello leather shop opposite the hotel which offers way better quality than what you would find in old town)

Front desk staff is excellent. We were well taken cared off. They always gave us good directions and suggestions for restaurants and shopping spots.

A wonderful hotel in every aspect, helpful staff, a central location and a great selection at breakfast. We booked the serenity suite so had a daily foot massage included, wonderful! The pool is indoors and very welcoming after a hot walk around the old town.

Located very close (walking distance) to Hoi An old quarter and at intersection that was easy to catch a Grab ride. Charming hotel, with cute and clean rooms. Customer service was exemplary, especially from the reception area staff. Buffet breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again.
