This location is very convenient, with the train station and several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle (available for a fee) is also a good option. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced for the cost and quality. However, the facilities are older and outdated. The hotel does not include basic amenities such as an exercise gym, but it is a good option for those who simply want clean rooms in a great location.

Stayed in the Japanese style room for 2 nights and it was the best choice. Loved the traditional bath which I used at least 4x myself. The location was excellent too: 1) there’s airport bus right downstairs and the train station was just 1-2 mins walk, 2) 7-11 x2 and Fam Mart 1-2 mins walk 3) huge Aeon supermarket 3mins walk 4) Aeon Mall which made the Costco look tiny 7mins drive or 1 JR stop. This was the best landing zone to wear off the jet lag.

出張で２泊利用させていただきました。 部屋も広く、清掃も行き届いていて心地よかったです。 部屋のテレビは小さく感じますが、まぁテレビ利用しないので問題なしです。 スタッフさんは皆さん、非常に気持ちの良いご対応いただきました。 朝食は時間によっては込み合いましたが、とってもおいしくいただきました。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Miss Y. Nokura deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. She was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my visit. I would also like to mention Thu, who was equally attentive and always willing to lend a hand. It is clear that the team here takes pride in providing excellent service, and these two staff members are a perfect example of that. Their warm and genuine attitude made all the difference in my experience, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service.

ランクが上のお部屋を用意してくださいました。トイレとクローゼット2箇所、スペースも広くてもてあまし気味でしたが（笑）２泊目から慣れました。 ベッドは大きくて、掛布団がきっちり挟み込まれていないタイプで使いやすかったです。扱い2つある洗面台にそれぞれハンドタオルがあるのは助かりました。 リビングのゴミバコは大き目の方が使いやすと思いました。 備品の貸し出し時や質問へのご対応も良かったです。ありがとうございました。

服務人員非常細心有禮，酒店位置非常好，步行5分鐘就可到達海濱幕張駅及幕張Outlets，周邊還有很多食店。 酒店門口還有機場巴士，十分方便。 我們一行六人共住三間房間兩天，然後寄存行李三天再返回住兩天。

Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant has an exceptional view and high ceilings. Very comforting to eat there. They make omelettes and sunny side ups per request-included in the breakfast. I tried salmon and grilled mackerel the last two days and they were nicely cooked and very tasty. There are vending machines for drinks, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The room was kept very clean. Had all the amenities a person would need. Staff was very helpful. Central location: very close to the train and bus stations, and the malls. There is a park just next to the hotel with lovely trees. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.
