Very clean and friendly boutique hotel. I would stay there again. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful . Location is good too.

Everyone was great and the place was spotless. The food was a little on the meh side, but when surrounded with such great eating options, you're not lacking for opportunities.

Clean room, amazing view from our floor of the city, and overall great stay for our family. Recommend for overnight or short stays.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel qualifies as a 4-star property. The location did not feel particularly safe, and the $75 overnight valet parking fee is excessive considering the overall experience. The nightly rates absolutely do not match the quality of the hotel. The hallways feel outdated, the carpets are old and have an unpleasant smell, the walls and fixtures need repainting, and overall the property lacks the polished feel you would expect from a boutique hotel in this price range. Even the rooftop restaurant setup is inconvenient, with the restroom located down a long flight of stairs and on the opposite side of the building. While the rooms were clean and a decent size, the carpeting made them feel cheap rather than upscale. Most disappointing was the hospitality itself, much of the staff seemed uninterested or disengaged, which really impacts the guest experience. Overall, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers, and unfortunately it’s not a boutique hotel I would recommend at these rates. Do not go based off the lobby picture, that's the only decent attraction of this hotel.
