It’s a bit farther from the Morioka JR station, so I would recommend taking the bus to get there. However, this chain is very nice as usual. Friendly staff, a nice onsen, and a clean room. I generally recommend this chain.

It's nice that it has a hotspring and free ice cream. They have free ramen at night too for those who like to have supper.

The location was great with how close everything was. A bit of a far walk from the station I will say. Workers are so friendly definitely shout them out it was a perfect stay bed was good and the hot spring felt nice after all day walking. Will be book again next time

Under genomsnittet During our stay, one of the towels in our room was not clean and had a strong odor, which I unfortunately only discovered after showering and using it.
The garage entrance is also extremely narrow, requiring side mirrors to be folded when entering and exiting. After checkout, when retrieving our vehicle, my wife briefly stepped forward to help fold the mirrors (which automatically unfolded when the engine started). The parking attendant repeatedly shouted “No! No! Out! Out!” at her, even after she had already stopped and was trying to explain what she was doing.
I understand there may be safety or liability policies regarding access to the garage, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive and left us with a negative impression at the end of our stay.

A family of three loved the onsen (hot spring), snack options (Yakult, ice cream, and ramen), and wonderful breakfast! We loved the laundry access (free washer and paid dryer) and the parking option too. We'll definitely go back again.
