The hotel is well located in Susakino, close to subway station. Room was spacious enough and very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and exceptionally so at the breakfast venue. The breakfast was diverse and catered to Japanese and Western cuisine. Very convenient for shopping and getting around. No complaints

Bathtub too high for seniors and makes noise when you step on it. Window cannot be open because you can see the top of the next building with the airconditioners on them … no Good view.

Location is amazing! Rooms are big for Japan and the staff were very helpful and kind. In susukino with ramen alley just out the back door, this is the most ideal place to stay in sapporo.
