Under genomsnittet
No AC, only one small fan for three bedrooms apartment and it didn't work properly. We left all windows open and closed all curtains but it was terribly hot and no one could sleep. The apartment was very basic. If you need fresh towels, you have to pay 35 Euro extra. There was a 5-10 minutes walk with suitcases to the apartment. We had building number 4 but there was two buildings with number 4. We had to ask locals a few times and no one knew where the 2nd one was (the door was behind a restaurant and not very visible). Of course the front dest failed to mention that. Out of 4 reception staff, three were nice but one was very rude. Mall of Berlin is a few minutes walk and we went straight there after each day sigh seeing to be in an air-conditioned place.

Good apartment hotel, we had two bedroom, two bathroom suite which was perfect for our requirements, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. Parking was expensive but reasonably close to the hotel. Our room also had a washing machine in the bathroom which would have been handy if you needed to do some washing. We would stay here again

They have great breakfast there every morning. The staff is wonderful. They made my experience the greatest the hotel room and everything was clean and well kept. Shopping around the area is great. It's very convenient location if I go back that's where I'm going

The Hotel was the most and best experience I've had of any hotel that I've ever been to. The staff there was great. I love them. I'm definitely going back to that hotel. When I make a trip back to Germany hands down that is where I am going. I can't express how great and awesome the staff the hotel itself was. They made my experience there there so blissful, so great and so welcomed like I don't even know how much more I could express how much love I have for them, The hotel, the location the convenience. Everything was just outstandingly amazing.

Quiet, comfortable place near tram lines for getting around but also walkable for those wanting to get their steps in. Only minor complaint was ocassionally spotty wifi.
