The Best Western Fino Hotel is well situated just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area in Osaka and also within walking distance of the castle. The Hotel is well staffed and all are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and more, plus the air conditioning was excellent, and much needed in the lovely warm July weather. There is a convenience store directly opposite the hotel and lots of excellent restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Room was small but clean and updated. Nice to have the window open slighly to let in fresh air. Front desk staff were great, nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout at the hotel. Also used the luggage forwarding service from the hotel to the next and it was seamless and easy.

Appreciate that they have placed us in a quiet area/room. They have complimentary drinks as well. However room has some area with visible dust collection (by the fridge). Microwave in the laundry room which is quite not convenient.
