Nice hotel good location . Lovely rooms and coffee and tea in room . Best breakfast downstairs fantastic food and coffee perfect . Really nice staff . Would recommend highly and from me that’s miraculous 😉

Fire evacuation at 1 am , tried having a shower in the morning, no hot water as apparently the alarm tripped the hot water heater system and staff not overly concerned

First room was dirty. Moved rooms, needed linen changed on bed, took 1.5hrs for assistance. Very minimal water pressure and hot water.

Stayed 3 nights, for all nights the shower water was not hot even when turned to the hottest. When turned to hot, the water becomes small too. Absolute disaster especially during this cold weather. Not what I would expect of a renowned brand. Informed the lobby desk team, they said changed some valve but did not solve the problem.
