Good price, clean rooms and helpful staff

Everything was fine. Staff was helpful. Property was clean and in the heart of Shinjuku

Cute and tiny

Very nice incredibly small room. We was charged an extra £20 to check in an hour early. Breakfast was ok nothing special. No complaints all very good and great location.

Good location in Shinjuku, easy to get around from. Rooms are tight and small, tough for larger bags and no central air but otherwise a fine hotel.

Solo female traveler and I felt very comfortable during my stay here. The property was clean, well maintained, budget friendly, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Traveling in Japan, you quickly learn that hotel rooms tend to be on the smaller side. My husband and I stayed here, and although the space was compact, we made it work comfortably. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent — not too far from the train station, and we often walked back each night from the Godzilla landmark and Omodie Yokocho area. If you don’t mind walking, this spot is perfect. There are a few APA hotels right beside each other, and this one seemed smaller of the group, so if you’re looking for a bit more room you may want to check the larger option nearby. For our needs and our budget, it was absolutely perfect.

Definitely a good place to stay. Friendly staff clean room and close to every major point of interest or even group tour meeting point on short walk.
