Had a lovely stay here. Didn’t interact too much with the hotel as we had other plans but where we did staff were very polite and keen to help. We had a lovely, clean room, where it was nice and quiet and we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. Air con was amazing here over the hot weather too. The hotel is also very reasonable for the price and very walkable into the heart of the city too. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We received a friendly welcome on check-in and we're shown to our room personally, which was a really nice touch. Our room was quiet and had the bonus of a bath, it was very good. The hot breakfast was quality and cooked well. We would have preferred more bread choice, cheese and charcuterie to be self serve.

We stayed in the annex and the room had very poor air conditioning. It was a hot day and i'm sure the conditioning was working overtime but for £200+ / night, it should be adequate.

Was met by a young man on reception who was wonderful. He was polite, helpful and a real asset to the hotel (feel so bad that I didn't get his name). He got our stay off to a fabulous start. Planning our next stay.
