Great location, helpful staff, fab and interesting view. Comfy bed.

Exceptional. Apartment with hot-tub on the balcony. View over the harbour was ever changing and entertaining. Staff, without exception were helpful, friendly and efficient. Located above a small shopping centre and meters away from supermarkets. Taxi in to old town was easy enough.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worse than a Motel 6. The photos made it look newer, cleaner, nicer than it actually was. Room was tired, old, not clean. Only thing that resembled the photos online was the view from the balcony. The comforter and sheets were stained! And also felt like sandpaper. There were flea-like looking bugs in the room- woke up the first night with bugs on my forehead. The shower was RIDDLED with mildew, smelled so bad. Mold is nothing to joke around with. There was a used shower cap hanging on the door in the bathroom, which suggested that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The internet does not work, and NEVER ONCE worked properly in our room. We constantly tried both networks. Moving the extender closer to our room didn't help. We needed internet to check in with work and couldn't unless we physically took our computer or phones out of our room and to the front desk. I politely flagged the internet, mold, sheets, bugs to the front desk and was met with vitriol. And once it was clear that he was being combative rather than helpful, I matched his energy. (But the woman was kind). I have never had such a terrible experience and it absolutely ruined our first 2 days in Dubrovnik. We couldn't stay there, we left early and ended up paying for an additional room elsewhere. Once we left and checked into a new spot, our vacation turned around. The other reviews fooled me! Consider Lapad- nicer options & a much nicer neighborhood.

Fantastic stay at the Adriatic Deluxe Apartments - Our apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony was the highlight of our trip - Such a lovely space, just to chill and enjoy the Croatian sunshine!! …and the views over the port were amazing both day & night!! - The staff were very friendly and efficient especially Ana and the gent on the front desk - Made our stay even better!! Would visit again and would recommend to friends also.

The property was well located and clean. Staff was quite helpful and quick in responding. The neighbourhood is well connected and very close to old town. Somethings in the room were not working so had to trouble the staff more frequently. Otherwise everything was perfect. Room comes with small kitchen and fridge.

The hotel/apartments were clean, good location, the view was amazing, our room was in front of the bay, amazing view. The staff Goran and Ana were friendly, professional and helpful. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommended it. Thank you, Michael
