這次住兩晚，進房就聞到菸味，想說算了，不為難清潔人員結果隔天回到房間就收到飯店留言，說我在房間抽菸，要跟我收3000罰款問題是我第一天入住前，清潔人員聞到菸味沒有向上反應並向上一個房客追責，然後誣賴到我頭上來每年至少會住個十次以上，但這次是我投宿這麼多次以來感受最差的一次

The staff are very helpful. They helped us change a room to meet our needs. The room is clean. we didn't book the room with breakfast but there are many good restaurants around.

The room (Discovery one bed) is keep in an excellent conditon. The toilet is independent and the shower with bath tube by the side are very spacious. The room layout is very good that you feel a lot of space inside. The luggage storage space is good for placing one 30 in and one 20 in luggages. The hotel is near the train station where a lot of restaurants inside. Shopping mall and a lot of local restaurants are located nearby. I will book this hotel again when I come to Taipei.

Our hotel shares the underground parking facilities on B3 to B5 with Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao and Hilton Taipei Sinban. The parking facilities are available for guests staying at or dining in any of the three hotels.

Hotel guests are entitled to complimentary parking with no time restriction for entry. Complimentary parking is available until 1:00 PM on the day of check-out. Any parking beyond this time will be charged according to the hourly parking rate.

Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 1.9 meters. The parking lot entrance is located at No. 8, Section 2, Xianmin Boulevard, Banqiao District. Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservation of parking spaces is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For information regarding nearby paid parking lots, please refer to our official website.

If you require an electric vehicle charging station, please proceed to B2 of the parking facility. There are seven EV charging stations available, including three J1772 chargers and two Type 2 chargers. For vehicles that are not compatible with the above charging standards, please prepare and use your own charging adapter.

The charging fee is NT$1 per minute, and the actual amount will be based on the fee displayed by the charging system. Please note that parking fees and charging fees are calculated separately, and parking fees cannot be used to offset charging fees.

If you need to leave the parking lot during your stay, please visit the Front Desk in the hotel lobby to validate your parking. After validation, please exit the parking lot within 15 minutes to avoid any additional charges.
