This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to switch rooms multiple times because the AC went out. The toilet was clogged. The shower was clogged multiple family members of our stayed there and we were rotating rooms because the AC kept going out on the rooms. When we were there, they had rolling blackouts and construction going on. The front desk staff was very rude. Anytime we asked for toilet paper or towels. The only good thing about this place was the breakfast.

Our room was very accommodating and clean with great air conditioning. I would love a little table and chairs or some more space to put belongings but over very satisfied. The restaurant has a great breakfast selection and the drinks at the bar are phenomenal! It is seaweed season but we were aware and did some island hoping.

Air conditioning
Spacious suite at a good price
Traditional style design with Spanish style tiling, lovely setting with beautiful foliage
Lovely friendly staff, Eduardo,Luis, Daniel and Gabriel, and last but not least, America
Quiet location on the beach except on Saturday nights when the bar next door gets quite loud, but this stops at midnight when we were going to bed anyway
The hotel is only a short walk from the ADO bus station
Close to tourist street 5th Avenue (15-20 mins walk to better restaurants on 34-38th Street)
You get welcome bottled water and coffee pods for the machine in your room on arrival, but after that it is charged for if you require more. But this is a low income country and they probably have a strict budget.
The jacuzzi on the terrace of the Honeymoon Suite would benefit from a cover to keep it as clean as an indoor bathtub. I used it once and did my best to clean it with water, but it wasn’t perfect.
With breakfast, you have one plate included from the breakfast menu, refillable coffee or tea and anything else is chargeable. It is freshly made to order, and there is lots of choice. The dinner menu is really good too.
All in all, a really good choice if you prefer a non all inclusive, boutique style quiet hotel in a really nice setting close to the beach.

Amazing hotel!
Great staff, great location, beach front, à la carte breakfast with American and Mexican options, comfortable big room with AC and fan and daily housekeeping and clean towels, good security.
100% recommended.

Staff here was super friendly, location is perfect. Walking distance from bus terminal, ferry and taxis. Breakfast was great right on the beach. The beach was cleaned up each morning. Room was comfortable. Bring earplugs as it is extremely loud at night from nearby bars (not the hotels fault)

Most of the time we had the windows open. It was that comfortable and awesome. Yes it's clean. It's nice. They are friendly. Food is awesome. Hell of a good time.
